My grandson wants to learn about space. I wanted to buy him a starter telescope, but I was cautious: if he doesn't stick with it, I might be stuck with an expensive tool. But if I get him a toy, he'll never really get excited about the cosmos. So I decided on a Cassini C-1202, and I ordered it well before Christmas. However, the main tube was badly damaged by the shipper. Cosmos Optics replaced it immediately, and the new tube arrived well packed and intact, in time for Christmas. Now my grandson and I can explore the visible heavens.

Purchased Cassini K-9 Night and Day binos to use this past hunting season and looking forward to using them this winter hunting hogs in Georgia. Dropped them and eye piece fell out and will not re-seat or screw into place. Called Mary in Customer Service who was fantastic and insisted I send them back to her to be replaced, no charge!
Wow. Will definitely refer all my hunting friends to Cosmo Optics.

I bought a huge Cassini telescope from Fingerhut and the battery pack and cover were missing. I emailed Cassini's customer service and explained the situation. I didn't want to send it back, I just wanted to purchase the missing parts.The rep. Mary, immediately offered to replace the parts that were missing and didn't charge me for them. I wasn't expecting that. I can see they're very professional and like to take care of their customers needs.
